We did these crappy, hard 1000's at T pace. I was pretty close on all of them I was fighting hard. I think I did 5 and then a 600. I was really tired.

This was an ok race. 1:10, 1:15, 1:16, 1:11. I know I'm gonna keep getting better. I also ran a 400, in 56.01 so I was pretty happy about that. It was amazing weather and I got really tan :)

What a beautiful day for a run! the Weather this week has been amazing! We ran upper canal today and I did 2 tempo miles at probably 11:30 pace. It felt great.
