| | Good solid run with Stockton. we ran to sv and did golf course and finished at home. My foot started to hurt about 2 miles left. Im not sure why, but when I put weight on it it hurt. I'll try and rest it a little. xc skiing after at Green canyon which was amazing. A little of a slow start. But I did 3.35 mile in 40 minutes and came back down in 13. Way fun. average of 7.6 mph or 7:55 pace. I'd say equivalent of 3 miles

| | bike and cross train equivalent of 2 miles

| | Testing out my foot. It had been hurting all week, I think from xc skiing.
| | Good to be running with the guys again
| | It had been a really long time since I'd done a run this long.
| | taking it easy on my foot
| | Today was a beast. I started off with a 20 minute showshoe up Cherry creek and then skiied down. Then I got home and went running in the cold. I did a mile up. or rather .95 at 4:42. So I was pretty happy.
| | This was the hardest crap of a run ever. 8 minute miles that just dragged on and on.
| | Golf course with 3 30sec ups. My foot didn't hurt and I was very happy

Boise indoor invite (2 Miles) 00:10:28 | | I sure as heck didn't feel good. I was a little sick and just hadn't recovered at all. I did ok, but not great. I ran a 2:17 in our 4x800 as well.

Boise indoor invite (1 Miles) 00:04:56 | | Once again, crappy. I knew I wasn't going to do well, especially after not much sleep. But simplot is coming up...
| | Good pace- started out about 7:05, and we kept pushing and pushing. We ran to Ethans house and extended a little bit. Overall pace of 6:44 for me. with the last .75 at like 5:20 pace
| | super easy since yesterday
| | Nice good miles before sweethearts. I felt great. It didn't even feel like I was breathing harder than just when I'm sitting. It was snowing a little and just so pretty and awesome
| | I wasn't even gonna go like 6 miles. But we went up the canyon so I decided to keep up my tradition of running the whole canyon once a winter. We got to the campground and I was almost up to my knees in powder. It was like running on clouds. We averaged 7:15 going up, decent and then I felt amazing and happy, so I did 4.5 miles of tempo coming down. Overall I think I was 6:45-6:50 pace. with my tempo being 5:45-50. Which was really really good. I was beat after, but oh well.

Simplot (2 Miles) 00:10:21 | | This was an ok race. Nothing amazing. I just haven't got any top end speed to be able to really race. I beat malachi armstrong though. That was pretty sweet. I can definitely run better |
| | 3x300 russian intervals, 400, 200. It wasn't too bad. Plus a leg workout after- that's what got me sore.
| | Skiing! ahhhh it was so great! I went with Kyle and Will and Christina and we partied hard!
| | Mack and back, 10 dot dot, premeet. Glory
| | Blue and white. I was 5:07 and 59. It was an awful day for me. The weather was kinda crappy and I just plain didn't race well.
| | Golf course extended extended with some ups. I felt great
| | 8x200 with 200 rest, 1:00. Tyson and I hit 32 average and were supposed to be 34, so that was good.
| | We did these crappy, hard 1000's at T pace. I was pretty close on all of them I was fighting hard. I think I did 5 and then a 600. I was really tired.
