8x200s and an 800 at Rep pace. Nick and I hit like 35-36, and did a 2:25 800.Warmup and cooldown as well.

We had our blue and white, and after I didn't make exec, it kinda ruined the day. I was mad I only got 5:00.
I ran up the canyon with Conner, Calvin and Wes. Boy was I sore.
